Steven Cathcart

Steven Cathcart is a successful real estate investor and licensed agent who has been helping clients achieve their real estate goals with Lokal since 2019. With a passion for real estate investing, Steven has been actively purchasing and managing properties for his personal portfolio since 2018. He currently owns several commercial apartment buildings and runs a successful business that focuses on buying, renovating, and reselling homes in the Greater Cleveland area. Steven has established himself as a trusted advisor to his clients, helping them to sell millions of dollars worth of real estate throughout Northeast Ohio.

Steven's extensive experience in real estate investing, coupled with his knowledge of the local market, allows him to provide invaluable insights to his clients and help them navigate the complex world of real estate sales. Steven graduated with a Master's degree from BGSU in 2012. He lives in Novelty with his wife Kelsea and their two sons.
